Unsecured Debt Default Is It Morally Wrong To Do Debt Settlement?

Is it morally wrong to do debt settlement? - unsecured debt default

I see many ads that the debt that the companies pay fees that they pay a fee, but then their share of the unsecured debt to be paid under protest. Is it immoral to have on their card for three months delay and then a debt settlement unless it would be, whether in the form of head pay?

No, it is morally reprehensible, but there are better ways to pay your debts. You can negotiate lower interest rates and if you're after a final payment to the balance that is lower. The Company has the lesser amount is unrecognized and fraud against the company. However, if you negotiate with your debtors, make sure you have everything in writing before it to pay the amount and they are not electronic access to your bank account ... away with the total amount.

I also suggest reading Total Money Makeover by Ramsey. His book explains how you a written estimate (per month) to get, and how to negotiate with debtors and collectors.

Technically not a bug, but settled for a reduced amount. Beware of companies that do not ask for a fee, most of the fraud. If you arrive late for a period of time will be the company credit card delivered to a collector, you will not be able to deal with your company credit card. They are almost always only 50% of the debt. However, impacts negatively on your credit card.
